Herbal Foot Soaking for Ear Ringing (Tinnitus)

The feet are the starting points of the three yin meridians and the endpoints of the three yang meridians, with over 60 acupoints below the ankle. Regular foot soaking stimulates these local acupoints, enhances the circulation of qi and blood, and regulates the functions of the internal organs. Soaking the feet in medicinal herbal solution helps nourish the liver, invigorate the kidney, calm down and clear the ear orifices, which are beneficial to ear ringing.

Herbal prescription and method: processed rhemannia rhizome (50g), cochinchinese asparagus root tuber (40g) mulberry fruit (30g), acorus (15g); boil with 1000ml of water for 30 minutes; then add tap water to cool down and soak for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, massage the feet, and press forcefully at the center of the soles to create a sore feeling.

For those who are taking herbal prescriptions orally, they can also use the leftover herbs to boil a second time, and use the solution to soak before sleep, this can ensure the therapeutic outcomes.
