Peach-stone Purgative Decoction

Indications: heat and blood stasis accumulated in the lower abdomen that leads to fixed, sharp lower abdominal pain and hardness; gynecological disorders (amenorrhea, painful periods, retained lochia); heat disturbing the mind, causing delirium or agitation, fever and thirst. Situations are often worse at night and normal urination (important diagnostic clue.)
