  8. Clench fists and beat the kidney region for 30 times first, and then knead with the knuckles, 30 times;
  9. Use the thumb to knead at shou san li (Li 10, the muscular crest of forearm with elbow flexed), 30 times on each arm;
  10. Use the thumb to knead at 2-finger-breadth above the midline of wrist (Pc 6), 30 times each side;
  11. Use the thumb to knead at 1-finger-breadth below the anterior crest of each tibia (St 36), 30 times;
  12. Use the thumb to knead at 3-finger-breadth above the inner malleolus of each ankle (Sp 6), 30 times.

  5. Knead at nei ting (St 44, depression between the second and third toes on the dorsum of the foot), 30 times on each foot.
