感冒調攝
1.感冒食療 藥食同源,都有四氣五味屬性,應選擇性地進吃,以助改善不同類型的感冒。如飲食不節,可能會使感冒遷延難治。 | ||||

暑濕適用 暑濕感冒者,除忌肥膩外,亦宜忌過鹹食物,因過鹹凝濕生痰,刺激氣管,引起咳嗽加劇,不利於感冒康復。改善暑濕感冒的日常食物有西瓜、冬瓜、絲瓜、黃瓜、苦爪、薏米、扁豆等。 薏米扁豆粥:薏苡仁、白扁豆各30g,粳米100g,共煮成粥。每天分2次服。 綠豆茶:綠豆30g,綠茶9g(袋裝),加水300毫升,煎煮後去茶葉加白糖適量,熱服。 |

一般流感 橄欖茶:新鮮橄欖10枚,白糖適量。切碎橄欖肉,大火煮開後,改文火煎20-30分鐘,最後加糖調味。 |
2.按摩防治感冒 頭面部按摩不但能增強免疫功能,發揮自身抗病能力,還直接緩解或減輕頭痛、鼻塞等症狀。 |

鼻塞流涕者:加揉 迎香穴 10次、搓擦鼻旁10次; 咽喉腫痛者:加揉頦下10次,掐 少商穴 10次 咳嗽重者:加揉 肺俞穴 10次,按揉 天突穴 10次,揉 膻中穴 10次 發燒者:加揉 肺俞穴 10次,揉 大椎穴 、 曲池穴 各10次。 (參考穴位附圖) |
