Simple Massage Techniques to Promote Bowel Movements

Massage techniques, especially abdominal massage, are helpful to promote bowel movements. Chinese massage is a natural and safe method to assist in healing or recovery. By applying special manipulations to the abdomen, massage creates pressure to the abdominal cavity, which can transmit to the intestines, stimulating bowel movements and promoting the flow of contents inside the intestines. Moreover, massage helps relax local muscles, promote blood circulation, and enhance overall digestive function.

Simple massage techniques that you can perform at home are below:

Repeat the steps for 5 to 10 minutes every time. Perform this routine in the morning and evening every day.
