傳統中醫用途
- 腎虛遺精,常配熟地、沙苑子、莬絲子等;
- 肝腎陰虛出現視力模糊,常配菊花、地黃等,如杞菊地黃丸;
- 治消渴,可配生地、麥冬、天花粉等;
- 陰虛久咳,可配生地、知母、貝母、百合等。
藥理作用
毒性
很多關於枸杞子毒性的動物實驗證明,枸杞是非常安全的食物,不含任何毒素,可以長期食用。16 但是,有報告指出香豆素(抗凝血药)和枸杞子有可能發生中西藥交互作用。17 用法及劑量
