When we speak, the lungs push out air, the vocal cords vibrate, and through complex processes of the throat, mouth cavity, and nasal passages, a clear voice is heard. Hoarseness is an abnormal change in the voice, which is usually caused by irritation or injury of the vocal cords.
Acupressure techniques below help regulate the lung activities, clear the vocal tract and protect the vocal cords.
